  • Document Data: Documents saved by signed-in users are retained until deleted by the user or removed with the account; documents generated without an account are not stored after generation
  • Billing Data: If we introduce paid plans later, any billing records will be retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
  • Usage Data: Generally retained for 2 years for analytics purposes

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
